I like it. A few more anime characters would be nice but it usually doesn't look all that great if there's a crap load of them with poor umm.. resolution I think the word is.

It's not shabby but I think an anime forum is better with anime characters. When your guy gets around to making a new one see if he'll have Bleach, Code Geass, Naruto, and some others in it.
