This chapter was kind of confusing, because it kept jumping around from scene to scene. It's the type of chapter that would have a really intense anime counterpart, with everything happening all at once.

It looks like Kakashi may have made the ultimate sacrifice for Chouji and Konoha though.

It really seems that way. The only thing I can see saving him is Tsunade's slugs. Can Kakashi really die with so much still unknown about what will happen with Madara, Sasuke, the rest of Akatsuki, and Kabuto/Orochimaru? I hope not.

Yeah, he would be a sad character to see go, especially if we never get to see his face.

It would be devastating if he died. We finally see Danzou's true intentions too.

Oh yeah. A good ol' fashioned Coup de teat, or however you spell it. This was a little too predictable if you ask me. I really thought that Danzou was doing something no one was expecting, and that might actually end up being beneficial to Konoha.

Things could get very deep later with Danzou going for a Coup de teat. Especially with the Uchiha clan getting wiped out because they were going to attempt one. Very interesting to see what will happen with Sasuke. Wonder where Sasuke is now?

Yeah, it's been a while since we got a chapter that focused on Sasuke and the gang. I'm starting to wonder if this attack on Konoha is the beginning of the end. If it leads up to a meeting of Naruto and Sasuke, or if there will be a pause in the action after the attack.

The chapter was ok.. to bad kishi is going on hiatus so its going to be a bit before we see more. Hopefully only a week.

Yea, hopefully Kishi is just taking a week off. It would be a real bummer if he took longer off.

Maybe that just means that the next chapter will be incredible, with 100 pages and all in color...maybe not.

Hahaha, you're a comedian. No way Kishi will have anymore than 20 pages the next chapter. He usually keeps the chapters around 16 pages. I am expecting something wicked though in the probable flashbacks. I'm hoping there are flashbacks and not just him saying Obito, Rin has his last words.
