Bakuman is getting really interesting. Had to bump up the rating I had for it on MAL. Tribizi, good work on that sig.

Oh thanks about the sig, and good news... NEW CHAPTER TODAY! read it here: This chapter felt a little strange in that it felt kind of like a narration of a lot of time packed into single chapter, but it was still a pretty good chapter. It was nice to see Shujin defend Mashiro, and things just keep getting better and better. _________________

This manga is turning into an amazing one. It seems to get better and better every episode, it even leaves a little suspense at the end now. I wonder what Mr. Hattori was thinking, last time we saw what he thought but they left us in the dark this time.

I didn't really expect they're entry into the competition to do well, because I thought it was going to be even more of an obstacle to overcome, but at least they got a mention. _________________

Yea, but what was with it? Hattori called and said it didn't advance past 8 but it was mentioned in the magazine. I just wish I know what that guy's thinking.

Well I think that they were saying that he got into the top 8, which is mentioned in the manga, but the ones that were stressed and probably bolded are the ones that were 1st, 2nd, 3rd and honorable mention. They were just printed in smaller text. I loved it when he punched that guy though. It was the best. _________________

Backuman chapter 11 came out today! click the pic! That was a good chapter. The beginning was pretty funny and it definitely makes me think the conflict over Takagi's relationships isn't over. Also, their conference with their editor revealed some nice stuff, and took some pressure off Mashiro's chest, though their still just as motivated. This time by getting serialized. _________________

Great chapter the guy coming in at the end will have a big impact in the story overall I think. For some reason I think that 1 score came from their office to hold them back too.

Yeah, big scary boss editor will play his part in the story. It seems like he'll be the character who supports mangakas who strive for their goals and make the best manga they can without dropping their own style. Or so I think. _________________

I think that also shows that the guy that's helping them really doesn't know EXACTLY what he's doing so he's a little unpopular. The little spat in the beginning was a good little bit of humor before it got super serious _________________

Yeah I liked that. But I'm not so sure I really like Miyoshi more then Iwase, even though she is weird. _________________

Yeah but I feel like Miyoshi isn't smart enough for him. I feel like smart guys ought to have smart, if not smarter girls, or else they just end up getting used. Kind of like in death note, but Misa or whatsername wanted to be used in that situation. _________________

I think he might grow to like Miyoshi or w/e her name is. I can also see him with Iwase because she's against his dream and it seems a lot of times guys choose the harder path.
