I really like the new opening except for that one shot of ichigo in the end, lol. Plus in the intro, the anime viewers got their first glimpse of adult nel.

The ending was also really nice, just floating though all the characters like that. Good stuff.

There isn't much to say about the episode since it was basically recap, but this was the first episode I've seen that's been on the manga story since I started reading the manga, so it's interesting to see what I know will happen animated and in color.

Oh and Tesla. Nniorra's sidekick. I didn't realize he is a guy. When I read the manga I thought he was a girl.

Great episode. Finally we are back to real stuff. I think it was a good idea to put that many flashbacks in it since it's been so long. Can't wait to see the upcoming fight.

Yeah the flashbacks are appropriate, but still kind of annoying ><
