Yeah but I feel like Miyoshi isn't smart enough for him. I feel like smart guys ought to have smart, if not smarter girls, or else they just end up getting used. Kind of like in death note, but Misa or whatsername wanted to be used in that situation.

Death Note is completely different(besides being written by the same people) because Light was evil. Takagi is NOT evil...yet Shocked

I think he might grow to like Miyoshi or w/e her name is. I can also see him with Iwase because she's against his dream and it seems a lot of times guys choose the harder path.

I'm personally rooting for Iwase. It seems like she's liked Takagi for longer. Though she certainly sucked at showing it. This happened to me and it wasn't until the girl switched schools that I got an angry letter about how I took another girl to some dance shindig. I just don't want Takagi to have any regrets.

This was a pretty sweet chapter. I loved the part with with Takagi's girlfriend asking if he ever thought about marrying here and he's like "not at all". good stuff.

I'm also kind of glad they aren't just conforming to the Jump standards, but instead are doing their own thing. Even if it might not lead to massive popularity.

Good chapter. It seems to be getting better and better. The girl is going to add some comic relief to this manga later one, I can just see it.

Yeah, and while I feel like Miyoshi (or whatever) is going to be comic relief, we're certainly going to see some emotional parts and such with Iwase.

I'm thinking that the comedy is a little weird for a manga made by the same people as death note since there wasn't much comedy(unless you thought that Misa was funny Neutral

Bakuman is slowly getting more suspenseful at times. I have high hopes that this manga will be epic.

Fantastic chapter. Leaving me in suspense to see what happens next. Going up against Eiji or w/e his name is and Miyoshi and her b/f seem to be doing well. Liked the letter Miho sent too.

He gave us 22 pages this chapter too. Seems like so much happens each chapter compared to Bleach where little is shown or so it seems.
